The vehicle was very clean inside and out upon pickup, had low mileage, reliable air conditioning, helpful Android Auto for navigation, and phone charging ports were available. The team was also very flexible with changing the pickup and drop-off times. Would gladly use them again!

Highly recommend to rent a car from this company. Me and my fiancée rented a car for a couple of days to drive on Madeira and we chose Girassol for the price and the positive reviews – and I’m happy that we did. The whole process from pickup to dropoff was very smooth and the Nissan Micra we rented was absolutely perfect for driving around the Island. Despite being one of the cheapest rentals available the car was equipped with a rearview camera, navigation, carplay/android auto option and a 360-camera for reversing which was a positive surprise.

The ONLY negative thing I could say about the renting experience is that it would have been nice if the necessary cable for carplay (USB-A to USB-C) was already in the car, but since it was about 3 € to buy one on Madeira it wouldn’t feel right to deduct any stars for it.

The car gave us complete freedom: watching sunrises on the peaks and sunsets over the ocean. We rented a car and were absolutely delighted. Everything was technically perfect (critical for local roads), the interior was clean, and the managers were very friendly. Thank you for the excellent service that made our vacation even more amazing!

Great experience with this car rental service! It was super convenient that they delivered the car right to the apartment.
