One day before our arrival in Madeira, we contacted them easily via WhatsApp and asked about renting a car for a week. Unfortunately, no car was available for a full week, but the team made everything possible, and what started as two car swaps turned into two, so we had two cars for three days each and were able to enjoy an exciting and varied holiday all over the island! We booked the car in advance for pickup at the airport. The staff were on time and so polite. Everything was fast — from the paperwork and instructions to getting the car. Payment was quick and easy, and card payment was accepted.
The return process was just as easy, near the airport and without any delay. The car itself was clean.
