We chose this rental company because it was located near our hotel and had good reviews. There was only one BMW available at the time of rental, so we ended up renting it (price difference to e.g. Seat only 20€/day). Everything worked really well, both rental and return were smooth, and we got a few good tips e.g. regarding parking.
Unfortunately, we can't even begin to understand the good reviews! We requested a car the day before via the car rental company's website. Unfortunately, there were problems selecting the time frame. A very good experience. Easy online booking and on-site pick-up/drop-off was seamless. Only new cars with automatic transmission. This makes things easier on the steep roads in Madeira. I'd definitely go back anytime

We were staying close so we decided to rent the car from the office and not the airport. The bolt or taxi from the airport was cheaper than the extra day+ off hours fees ( we were arriving late). It took maybe 10 minutes to pick up and 2 to return. The car looked brand new and was impeccably clean. Great experience without any problems.

Excellent service for a good price. The car was clean and serviced, the tank was full and there was no need to wait, cars are always available. The managers provided a free consultation regarding the island's attractions, sent links and suggested which places are best to visit. Great, friendly service. Cars are in great condition abd very clean with a good choice of sizes. Sofia was so friendly and explained everything really well. Prices are good and really good that you can just pay €15 for full coverage with no excess. Definitely would recommend.
