I can say that this was my best car rental experience in my life🙂 I often rent cars and have done it with different companies, but I have never seen such an easy and comfortable approach to customers. The process is very simple and fast, the company's workers are simply incredible people, very kind and always ready to help. No deposits, hidden scams, long contracts and other things. The car is very well maintained and easy to use! I thank you incredibly!!❤️❤️❤️

The close communication, the amazing attitude and approach to service and customer service - deserves all praise and praise - this was expressed through WhatsApp, where the representative Olga answered all the questions and accompanied the registration and booking process. The representative Louisa - who waited for me at the airport with a sign with my name on it. The car delivery was efficient, fast, patient and smiling. I received an automatic car exactly as I ordered (and not similar or like) - the car was clean in every way and well maintained. Girassol Rent is highly recommended! Renting the Renault Clio was incredibly simple and hassle-free, offering excellent value for money.I visited their branch with my driver’s license and ID card, and the friendly staff quickly found me a Renault Clio. The paperwork was handled efficiently and without unnecessary bureaucracy. Plus, I received a 20% discount due to the Black Friday week.The car was ready for pickup at 9:00 AM the following day. The Clio was clean, fully fueled, and in perfect condition. Minor scratches on the sills and fenders were documented with photos during the handover. The Clio came well-equipped with air conditioning and navigation. Despite being an automatic, it performed quite nimbly.Returning the car was just as smooth as picking it up. At the branch, I returned the car fully fueled, completed a joint inspection, and handed back the keys.Truly recommendable!Raoul Strutz

Very good and easy service when booking, picking up and returning the car. Friendly staff. Communication in English. The contract also comes via email at the same time. Vehicle with 15k km relatively new and in best condition. Can be recommended without hesitation. From the Riu Madeira about 300 m away.

I rented 2 cars - everything was at the highest level. The car is in excellent technical condition, registration is fast, no credit cards and deposits are written off from the card. I strongly recommend the company for cooperation!

Great place to rent a car. We went there becasue they had the best reviews in comparison to other rent-a-car places nearby. We wanted to rent a Nissan Micra but when we tried to turn it on it didn’t start. So Olga and her colleague rented us bigger car (Seat Arona) with no added expenses. Both ladies were really helpful. Olga was nice and gave us few tips where to go on our trip. She also answered all our questions about the island and parking spots.The car was clean and new, it had only 5200km mileage.We decided to get full insurance (it was 15€/day) instead of leaving a deposit, so when gave the car back Olga just checked if the tank was full so it took us about 5 minutes.In conclusion we would for sure recommend this place for renting a car.

Excellent service for a good price. The car was clean and serviced, the tank was full and there was no need to wait, cars are always available. The managers provided a free consultation regarding the island's attractions, sent links and suggested which places are best to visit. We were very pleased with the services, we will contact them again.
