Great car, great service, great company! Everything was managed before arraving to Madeira. They asked me to send the all info in advance ( driving licence, ID car, hotel name in Madeira etc). We did not waste any minuites at the office desk... Girassol member was waiting for us at the exit gate of the airport. 50 meter walking to the parking place. One signature on the contract, payment and we jumped into the car. It was a Mazda2 (1.5)! Condition was perfect ( inside/outside). Strong and dinamic engine ( you need it in Madeira). Returning process to the airport was the same. Easy, flexible, customer friendly. So I highly recommend GIRASSOL!!!

Can’t recommend Girassol enough. Agents texted us in WhatsApp in Lisbon and checked on any flight updates and again as soon as we arrived in Madeira. We went outside the terminal from arrivals and was met with an agent with our names displayed. Did a mutual inspection and was given a damage report (there wasn’t any damage) and away we went. Return was just as easy, good communication and professionalism.
