Excellent rental experience from start to finish. The Seat Ibiza was in great condition, almost new, and the perfect size for driving around Madeira. I strongly recommend taking the full insurance coverage because parking can be challenging in some areas. I found a scratch on the vehicle during my rental, and thanks to the insurance, there were no additional costs.The staff member at the office was incredibly friendly and helpful, making it easy for me to extend my rental by three extra days.I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend their service.

We had a great experience with Girassol Car Rental in Caniço. The whole process was quick, easy, and professional. The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly. The car was clean, in excellent condition, and perfect for driving around Madeira, even on the steep mountain roads.
Returning the car was just as simple as picking it up. We really appreciated the excellent service and fair prices. We would definitely rent from Girassol again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Madeira.

Today I returned the car and I am very satisfied with the whole rental experience. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional from beginning to end. The car was in excellent condition, clean, comfortable, and performed perfectly throughout the rental period. Everything went smoothly and without any problems. I definitely recommend this car rental company and would gladly use their services again!

The experience was great, meet and greet was done efficiently, car was waiting in the carpark and the rep was very friendly and provided good advice. The car was surprisingly good, clean and well equipped including apple play CarPlay and nav sat and more, all functioned well through 6 day rental. Don’t be put off by the engine size, it really does have power and had no problem going up very steep slopes and did well in the highway. I had an incident scraping the tyre, no issues at handover, the insurance is great and they did not make any fuss at all. Really recommend this Company

Fantastic easy service with a car that was brilliant for the Maderia hills. Great value and super attentive staff. No deposit required, quick check over on hand back, I would highly recommend.
