The lady delivered the car to the hotel on time, with a pre-prepared contract. The car was clean inside and washed outside. She suggested taking photos of the damage (minor parking dents and stone chips) and explained the most important things (car service, parking signs, which are free, which are paid, and where parking is prohibited). Picking up the car was a snap, and returning it was even quicker – the lady quickly checked the car's condition and fuel level (also on time). The car was dirty from the rain, but that wasn't a problem at all during the drop-off. We had a 2024 Seat Ibiza with low mileage, which handled the Madeira hills quite well. 😁 We recommend this rental company! 😊

I highly recommend this car rental company. They were very fast, very attentive, everything was very easy and transparent. No hidden fees, no problems whatsoever. We communicated on WhatsApp, and everything was perfect. We used 3 cars, 2 Seat Ibiza and a Nissan Micra, all were automatic, and in perfect condition.😎👍🏻 Plus they were very close to our hotel, in Canico.✌🏻

We spent 9 days in Madeira and rented cars from Girasol. First, we rented one automatic car for a few days, and then we changed it for another one. Both cars were new, clean, comfortable, and perfect for exploring the island. We were very happy with the service! They met us at the airport, and everything was quick and easy. The staff were especially kind, friendly, and helpful. When we returned the car very early in the morning at 4:30 AM, they were already there waiting for us, and everything went smoothly. Thank you, Girasol, for the excellent service and great prices! We will definitely recommend your company and would be happy to rent from you again.

Excellent service! Everything was very convenient and quick, from picking up the car to returning it at the airport. The car was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. It was a great choice for driving around Madeira and handled all types of roads very well. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this rental service!
